Come join local birder, Parker Fiset, as we learn a little bit more about the avian wildlife in our own backyards here in Needham!

We'll start the day out in the Library’s Community Room with a bit of a lesson on what we'll be seeing around town and around Rosemary Lake, and then we'll head out on a walk around the lake just down the hill. Registration is recommended to help give a sense of how many handouts to print for participants (and for those who may want to participate in Bird Bingo!).

The event will take place, as of right now, rain or shine - if that changes, we'll let those who are registered know by noon the day before.   So, please plan for any weather outdoors while walking around.

This program is recommended for those who are in high school and older, but we would welcome participants of all ages who may be interested in learning more about the birding community!
