In-Person Craft and Chat for Tweens and Teens!

Thursday, September 23:30—4:30 PMLibrary Community RoomNeedham Free Public Library1139 Highland Avenue, Needham, MA, 02494

Tweens and Teens ages 10 - 18 are invited to join Young Adult Librarian Erin for the first official In-Person Craft and Chat hour of craft fun in the Library's Community Room! This craft and chat session is just that... bring what ever crafts you'd like and work on them with friends virtually while chatting and unwinding.  If you knit or crochet, bring your yarn crafts, coloring more your thing? Bring some markers, colored pencils, paper, coloring books, whatever, making friendship bracelets - bring your string... scrapbook stuff, collage stuff, just want to write something like a letter or a postcard or a novel? Bring that! Just come and have fun in a respectful way.  If you're looking for ideas or need new crafts, Erin's got plenty of supplies to provide participants too.

We kindly ask that people wear masks (both vaccinated and unvaccinated folks) while we are crafting just to keep everyone safe and comfortable indoors. (thanks!)

Registration not required, though helpful to understand numbers for chairs and table setup - as well as to inform potential attendees of any possible changes to programs.

Questions? Let Erin know that too! (neeya@minlib.net)

Registration for this event has now closed.
