The Young Adult Librarian, Erin, has another craft for tweens and teens!  Register for this program to bring home a bag for yourself to be completed on your own time :)

Are you 10 or older?  Like to draw?  Interested in shrinking things just by heating them up?  See how plastic shrinks in the toaster over just by heating it for a few minutes!  Sign up for a DIY Shrinky Dink Craft Kit!

Registration is limited to the first 25 people at the moment, each participant will need to sign up individually for a kit. Registration will close when the event is full (or at the end of the week).  Each kit will have slightly different contents.

Each kit comes with the following:
-A few supplies to make different types of keychains accessories
-plastic sheets to draw on
-Fishing line or other string
-surprise miscellaneous things
-Printed sheets of paper with some basic designs and shapes to be traced or used as guidelines (crafters choice - inspirational ideas)
-information sheets / Instructions to be able to complete a few projects safely 

Kits do NOT include scissors, hole punch, or colored pencils (if you need some, let me know and I can provide them).  To be able to shrink the artwork, you will need an Oven to bake the cut out sheets.  *Parental supervision recommended for younger participants*
