Young Adult Librarian, Erin and Reference Supervisor, Sarah, have been busy putting together bags of warmth for you to make something out of... just in time for the holidays!   Register for this program to bring home a bag for yourself to be completed on your own time :)

Are you 12 or older?  Have you wanted to learn how to Knit or Crochet (or both) but didn't know where to start?  Do you have experience and just want to get back into things again?  Sign up for a Knitting and Crochet Kit to get your learn on!

Registration is limited to the first 25 at the moment, each participant will need to sign up individually for a kit. Registration will close when the event is full (or on the 14th of December).  Each kit will have slightly different contents, but all kinds of fun and everything you should need to be able to create something yourself.

Each kit comes with the following:
-1 pair of knitting needles 
-1 crochet hook
-1 yarn needle
-Some yarn
-information sheets on basic stitches and links to helpful instructional videos and a crafting Database that we offer (Creative Bug)
-basic instructions to be able to make a few things like a hat and scarf
