The Young Adult Librarian, Erin, has another craft for tweens and teens!  Register for this program to bring home a bag for yourself to be completed on your own time :)

Are you 10 or older? Looking for something fun and creative to do?  Want to show off your artistic talents? Register for this miniature paint craft kit! 

Registration is limited to the first 25 people at the moment, each participant will need to sign up individually for a kit. Registration will close when the event is full (or on November 24th).  Each kit will have slightly different contents.  

Kits include all materials you may need*

- 1,  4" x 4" canvas
- 1, set of 6 paints
- 1, paint brush
- 1, plastic bag with the "attendees" name on it to transport finalized product back to the library for display in a library display case.  (because we have limited space, keep artwork to bag-sized or less)*

*even though I'm providing paints, that is by NO means the only thing you have to use to create your work of art.  If you want to use pens, pencils, markers, go for it... have some feathers or beads or other things you want to glue or attach on there?  ABSOLUTLY acceptable.  The idea is to let your creativity flow in a respectful way! 

The idea is that each attendee who participates completes their mini canvas in a timely enough manner to be able to bring it back to the library to be put in a display case for library visitors to see.  We'll have your masterpiece up for viewing through the month of December and will notify you in the new year when you can come back and pick them up.
