For all those with wanderlust, this talk is for you! Want to travel solo but not sure where to start? For some, the idea of traveling alone -- being your own logistics squad, capturing memories, and dining alone in a restaurant sounds less-than-tantalizing, but Beth Santos believes that it's not just good for you -- it's absolutely necessary. Join the author of Wander Woman: How to Reclaim Your Space, Find Your Voice, and Travel the World, Solo for an energetic evening of solo travel myth-busting. She'll share some of her travel experiences and talk about empowering women to travel. Beth will discuss the rise of the solo travel movement and redefine what solo travel is for travelers everywhere. Whether you've been hesitant to try it or you've been doing it for years, you'll leave with valuable insight, inspiration and helpful tips for your next journey abroad or wherever your travels may take you.

About the book:

Travel isn’t just about how many passport stamps you have—it’s about your mindset.

In Wander Woman, Beth Santos helps women to uncover the confidence they need to see the world for themselves, by themselves. With her help, readers will build lifelong tools to challenge their preconceptions, try something new, and get out of their comfort zone—whether that’s halfway around the world or just down the street.

Whether you’re ready to chase your Under the Tuscan Sun fantasy, are preparing for study abroad, or just want to feel more comfortable on business trips, Wander Woman is your inspiring, supportive guide to exploring the world without fear.
